Schröder Group at the Elmia trade fair in Sweden

Wessobrunn-Forst (Germany), 7 May 2026 – The Schröder Group will be exhibiting at Elmia (Booth No. A03:25) in Jönköping from May 19 to 22, 2026. The manufacturer of sheet metal working machines will be presenting its product portfolio for the first time with its own booth at the Swedish trade fair. The company will be showcasing the PowerBend Professional motorized folding machine.

The PowerBend Professional on display at Elmia folds up to 3.0 mm thick steel sheets over a working length of 3240 mm. The machine stands out thanks to its up-and-down folding beam and its large clamping beam stroke of 540 mm, which allows for a maximum box height of 250 mm. Thanks to this feature, sheets do not need to be turned for counter-bends. This improves ergonomics and speeds up the process. Another feature is the rotating clamping beam, which can automatically switch to a second set of tools during operation.

The PowerBend Professional is available with an optional innovative hemming function. This allows for the high-volume production of hollow folds with maximum machine performance, ensuring exceptional precision and high repeatability.
