Wessobrunn-Forst (Germany), June 29, 2026 \u2013 Franz and Gerlinde Schr\u00f6der have handed over the Schr\u00f6der Group\u2014comprising Hans Schr\u00f6der Maschinenbau GmbH, SCHR\u00d6DER-FASTI Technologie GmbH, SCHR\u00d6DER-FASTI Scandinavia A\/S, and SMU GmbH\u2014to their daughter Sabrina and their son-in-law Markus Hibler. As a result, the internationally successful group of companies remains family-owned. Markus Hibler has been a member of the executive board at Hans Schr\u00f6der Maschinenbau since October 2020. Franz Schr\u00f6der had increasingly stepped back from day-to-day operations in recent years.
