Wessobrunn-Forst (Germany), 14 September 2016 \u2013 Schr\u00f6der Group will be exhibiting at EuroBLECH 2016 in hall 11, booth A48 as leading manufacturer of folding machines for the industrial sector. At this year\u2019s exhibition Schr\u00f6der presents a powerful and newly developed folding machine named PowerBend Industrial, which is positioned between the PowerBend-Series and the High-End machines of the Evolution-Series. Along with other motorized folding machines that will raise great interest with some special options, the manufacturer is also showing a huge selection of shears.<\/strong><\/p>\n The new PowerBend Industrial bends steel sheets up to 6 mm and is suitable for semi-automated operations. With options such as the Up-and-Down-folding beam and a suction gauge as extension of the back gauge the number of manual actions gets minimized. The combination of both options allows aligning sheets against the horizontally positioned folding beam and fixing it with the suction gauge. Afterward suction cups position the sheet alongside the folding beam for the folding process \u2013 thanks to the Up-and-Down folding beam with bends and counterbends and without any interventions by the operator.<\/p>\n High-End-machines of the Evolution-Series<\/strong><\/p>\n The machines MAK 4 Evolution UD and SPB Evolution UD are shown with maximum equipment. This includes an automatic tool changer and suction gauge \u2013 important requirements for the automation in industrial sheet metal processing. The popular PowerBend Professional represents the entry level into industrial sheet metal processing.<\/p>\n Apart from that to be seen at the stand: the motorized shear MHSU, PDC-NC as well as the PowerShear Professional with a sheet support and unloading station for the final product positioned on the rear side of the machine.
